Joe Wolfe joined Cydcor in 1999 and brings more than 20 years of experience working with major business and consumer service organizations. His responsibilities include working with Cydcor’s senior executives to identify, acquire and develop relationships with new clients within the U.S.
Previously, Joe held executive positions with Warner-Amex Cable, Cellular Communications Inc., MCI, LCI International and Qwest Communications. He was responsible for the development, execution and management of all consumer direct sales channels and business development. In addition, Joe developed national partnerships for Internet-based acquisition, outbound telemarketing programs and Pacific Rim sales channels.
Joe earned his Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Hocking State University and attended Ohio University where he studied government affairs. In addition, he has had extensive professional training in modern business with an emphasis in advanced sales and marketing, management and economics.
Holly Bates joined Cydcor in 2002, bringing more than 22 years of experience in corporate sales and business development. As Vice President of Business Development for Cydcor, she works with other senior executives to identify new market segments, initiate contact with and cultivate client relationships - all while overseeing and nurturing the growth of existing campaigns.
Holly is credited with spearheading key accounts for Cydcor such as Bell Canada, Moneris Solutions, Rogers, Direct Energy and Shaw Cable. Prior to joining Cydcor in 2002, she spent 13 years as national director of marketing for an outsourced sales company, specializing in advertising and promotional materials. There she developed corporate accounts for clients such as Hyatt International, Marriott Corporation, Subway and major golf management corporations throughout the U.S. Other responsibilities included training and managing teams of account marketing directors.
She holds a B.A. from Chicago’s Loyola University with a major in Marketing and a concentration in psychology.
Kim Schram is a specialized business development professional with 22 years of experience in telecommunications and e-business. Throughout her career, Kim has had exceptional success identifying new distribution channels and creating winning relationships between key partners. As a member of the Cydcor team, Kim leverages her strategic business development experience to identify key players. She negotiates winning partnerships in growth segments such as solar, energy and other key home services.
Prior to Cydcor, Kim held roles as the Vice President of Business Development for WhiteFence and Director of Channel Strategy and Partner Sales Channels for Qwest Communications. In these organizations, she held leadership roles helping drive key decisions and long-term strategy including business development, partner management, sales, operations and marketing. Kim earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Michigan State University.
Sean Devine joined Cydcor in 2011 and is recognized as a Canadian Direct Marketing authority. His intimate knowledge of the Canadian marketplace has been honed by a 25-year career in the industry. Sean is spearheading Cydcor’s rapid evolution to dominate alternate Canadian industry growth. He is credited with three new campaigns in office supplies and telecommunications. He works closely with the executive team to source new opportunities for Cydcor’s Canadian expansion.
Sean is internationally respected for his unique ability to identify sustainable programs, implement key strategies and fortify client loyalty. Prior to Cydcor, Sean launched international promotional marketing in Africa, Belgium, France and the U.S. while seamlessly guiding Canadian operations. These included the Hilton Hotel chain, Pizza Hut and the sports franchises of the Montreal Expos and Ottawa Senators.
Jack Geiger joined Cydcor in 1997 with more than 20 years of sales experience with specific expertise in the distribution of goods and services through wholesale, retail, indirect and direct sales channels. In his role as Vice President of Business Development, Jack works directly with Cydcor’s CEO and other senior executives to develop successful and productive sales programs. He is responsible for leading some of Cydcor’s largest direct sales campaigns including those in the energy, internet, wireless and satellite communications industries.
Prior to joining Cydcor, Jack was the president of Global Access Marketing, a marketing and services firm active in the consumer electronics industry. Global Access represented international electronics corporations including Sony, Panasonic, Sharp and others to introduce new products, expand distribution and to increase market share. Previously, he held management positions within Honeywell Inc., where his responsibilities included the management of joint ventures with Ericsson, NEC and Groupe Bull, as well as the marketing and implementation of integrated voice and data solutions.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management with an emphasis in Logistics and Economics from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
Jason Carlisle joined Cydcor in 2003 with more than 14 years of telecommunications sales and management experience, specializing in residential and business-to-business direct sales. In his role as Vice President, Jason works directly with Cydcor operations team to develop and support a team of professionals who manage the day-to-day operations of sales campaigns implemented across North America on behalf of its clients.
Prior to joining Cydcor, Jason was the Vice President and co-founder of a leading telecommunications company focused on digital technology and delivering value ad content. His experience in managing national sales and distribution teams has proven to be invaluable at Cydcor.
In 1996, Jason joined nine other founding shareholders and launched In Touch Communications, a competitive local exchange carrier, where he was responsible for developing the company's footprint of 500+ distribution centers in California. During his tenure, he managed national sales teams to procure new customers and enhanced the product suite that provided increased customer retention. Jason helped build In Touch to more than 100 employees and more than $40 million in sales.
Jason attended the University of Campbellsville in Kentucky, earning a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management.
Uwe Kneile joined Cydcor in 2003 and has more than 12 years of experience in managing and developing sales campaigns on behalf of clients in North America. Prior to his role as Vice President, Uwe was the Director of Client Management, Operations Manager, and a National Sales Trainer at Cydcor. In his role as director, he was responsible for profitability, direction, and growth of outsourced multi-million sales business with more than 250-plus sales representatives.
In his current role as Vice President of National Accounts, Uwe develops and supports campaign professionals who manage the daily operations of campaigns for clients in the telecommunications, merchant processing, and energy industries. His years of expertise in project management, internet strategy, marketing, entrepreneurship, and consulting positions have provided him with a solid background in all aspects of client management.
Uwe holds a degree from the University of Stuttgart in Germany in Strategic Management and Computer Science. He also has an MBA in Managing Innovation and Technology from Portland State University.
Kyriakos (Rich) Mangafas serves as Cydcor's Vice President, Retail. He is responsible for growing and developing the company’s retail campaigns, including establishing new business partnerships and optimization of the retail sector for Cydcor. Since he joined the company, Cydcor’s retail sales channel has become the organization’s fastest growing sector. With accountability for sales teams in more than 1,000 retail locations across the United States, Rich develops and executes customer acquisition strategies for the company’s retail clients in the highly competitive telecommunications and home entertainment industries.
Rich joined Cydcor in 2010, after serving as Regional Director for consumer electronics retailer Ultimate Electronics. Prior to that, he was vice president of retail for iFloor, America’s largest online flooring retailer. The foundation of his retail expertise was formed at Circuit City, where he rose from sales representative to district manager, earning District Manager of the Year honors in 2006.
A mentor himself, Rich is actively coaching other professionals to become mentors. He lives with his wife and family in Secaucus, New Jersey.
Olegario (Lalo) Burgos joined Cydcor in 2006 and has more than 10 years of experience in finance and accounting. Prior to his role as Vice President, Canada at Cydcor, he was the Director of Finance and Accounting at the company.
In his current role, Lalo is responsible for the company's P&L for Canadian operations, develops productive relationships with clients, top field sales leaders, Cydcor's business development team, and field sales offices. He coordinates the efforts of all internal departments and drives the execution of milestones and key initiatives to achieve client and field campaign goals.
Lalo is responsible for overall campaign performance, executing through existing processes and new initiatives, including the management of incentives, lead generations, and ancillary products.
He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Universidad Adventista del Plata in Argentina and an MBA from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at the University of California, Riverside. He is also a licensed CPA.
Gail Michalak, Cydcor's Vice President of Marketing & Communications, is responsible for leading marketing, corporate communications, public relations, and events for Cydcor and its network of nearly 350 sales offices. She and her team are responsible for Cydcor's internal and external marketing and communications efforts including initiating, developing, directing and implementing multi-channel marketing programs aligning with client and company goals.
Prior to joining Cydcor, Gail held positions at Kinko's as Director of Advertising and Creative Services, and Director of Corporate Communications in human resources and development. Gail’s contributions led Kinko's to becoming recognized as one of FORTUNE® magazine's "100 Best Companies to Work For". Formerly, she was the Associate Vice President of Corporate Communications and Marketing at ARCS Mortgage Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of The Bank of New York.
Gail’s other achievements include receiving the 2002 and 2003 Silver and Bronze ADDY Awards, 2002 PRSA Cause-related Marketing Program of the Year and the International Association of Business Communicators Award of Excellence.
Gail holds an MBA in Marketing from California Lutheran University, where she received the Distinguished Scholar Award. She also holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Finance from California State University, Northridge, and attended the professional certification program in public relations and broadcast journalism at UCLA.
James McCarthy joined Cydcor in 1997 and brings more than 25 years of experience as a senior executive in business development and management to the company. As Vice President of Business Development, James works directly with Cydcor’s Senior Vice President of Business Development designing and implementing new strategies to acquire new clients and manage existing relationships.
Prior to joining Cydcor, James worked as an independent business consultant and corporate executive for two start-up telephone companies in Asia. Prior to this, he was the senior vice president of land operations at Princess Cruises. Over his 12-year career at Princess Cruises, his responsibilities included the development and management of the reservations, airline, and IT services departments, as well as international shore excursion and embarkation services. James played a pivotal role in establishing the cruise line company as a leader within the international travel industry.
Previously, James worked for American Airlines, where he began his professional career and ultimately served as director of reservations and ticket offices for the western U.S., overseeing over 1,000 employees. During his 16-year tenure with American Airlines, his responsibilities included sales and marketing positions, the development of new reservations and flight load prediction systems, as well as manpower development systems.
