As Vice President of National Accounts, Uwe Kneile uses his client and sales expertise in creating successful mid-market verticals for Cydcor, focusing his efforts on the immense opportunities in the energy efficiency markets. His years of experience in account management, operations, project management, and entrepreneurship have provided him with a solid background in all aspects of client and campaign development.
Uwe joined Cydcor in 2003 and has more than 13 years of experience managing and developing sales campaigns on behalf of clients in North America. Earlier in his tenure, he was responsible for revenue growth and profitability and oversaw a portfolio of campaigns in the telecommunications, merchant processing, and energy industries. Under his leadership, revenue more than doubled over a three-year period with 900-plus sales representatives serving clients in his business unit. Prior to his role as Vice President, Uwe was the Director of Client Management, Operations Manager, and a National Sales Trainer at Cydcor. As Director, he was accountable for profitability, direction, and growth of an outsourced, multimillion-dollar sales business with more than 250-plus sales representatives.
Uwe holds a Diplom-Kaufmann degree from the University of Stuttgart, Germany in Business Administration, Strategic Management and Information Technology. He also has an MBA in Managing Innovation and Technology from Portland State University.
