Prior to becoming Cydcor’s VP of Operations, Tony spent seven years in Campaign Management, where he gained invaluable insights into the company’s business model and strategic priorities. His deep understanding of Cydcor’s operations, combined with his strategic mindset and commitment to talent development, make him an excellent fit for his current role.
Before joining Cydcor, Tony held senior leadership positions at Circuit City, Sears, and Capital One, where he consistently delivered results by optimizing operational processes and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. During his tenure at Capital One, he was recognized with the prestigious “Inspire the Way” award, underscoring his ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Tony studied Psychology at Central Connecticut State University.
